• Instructions for Use:
  - Make sure skin is clean and dry before applying wafer
  - Remove wafer from the blister pack
  - Trace the stoma opening onto the paper side of the barrier
  - Cut the stoma opening in hte barrier wafer
  - Remove the paper liner and place the sticky side of the barrier against the skin aligning it with the stoma
  - Gently smooth the barrier so that it is firmly attached to the skin
  - Attach pouching system to the wafer using your preferred adhesive method
  - An alternative method is to place the barrier wafer onto the pouch and then adhere the entire system to the stoma area
