To use: cut on a wooden cutting board, use your body weight to press down in a circular motion, using your palm. The clear plastic allows you to see where to cut, while the blade is made of steel to give you a perfect cut every time. This is only meant to cut through a gelatinous substance(skin barrier hydrocolloid-like material), not paper or plastic.
