• Treating a single hernia, remove the unneeded pad from the support
• Unhook the leg straps from the base and undo one side of the waistband
• Position the support and pad on the affected area and fasten the waist strap
• Adjust both sides of the waist strap evenly
• Pull the waistband to obtain desired position and compression
• Pass the leg straps through the legs and through the loop buckle on the front of the base, secure the hook and loop closure on the leg strap
• Ensure the leg straps are comfortable and not twisted
• To remove, undo one side of the waist strap and step out of the support like trousers, with the leg straps still securely fastened

Care

• Remove the pads
• Handwash in cold water with mild soap
• Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring)
• Air dry away from heat
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach

• Wear as recommended
• Always consult a physician when encountering persistent pain, discomfort, inflammation, or swelling
• Use this product only under the supervision of your physician and only for REDUCIBLE hernias (can be pushed back)
• Inspect your hernia daily to ensure it is not becoming infected or developing into a more serious non-reducible hernia
• Remove the hernia belt and check the area frequently
• A non-reducible hernia can become life-threatening if part of the intestine gets trapped or "strangulated" in the opening
• A strangulated hernia is an emergency situation that usually requires immediate medical attention
